"The install was scheduled and completed quickly. The lightning rods and cable look neat and tidy along the roof. Mr. Hamilton was friendly and efficient."

"We were immediately struck with Patrick's great personality. He conducted himself with a professional attitude. We just moved to Texas and are shocked at the surge of damage that lightning has caused in our subdivision. After house #4 got struck, we were charged up and ready to get protected. While Dr. Boom can insulate you from lightning destroying your home, he cannot protect you from my terrible puns. Someone should ground me. ð ¤·"

"We have been hit twice by lightning by God's grace either one hit our home however the last strike burnt art motorhome to the ground William was hired to install lightning protection lightning rods on our home and two out buildings he took the time to explain to us everything we needed to know answering every question professionally conducted himself in the utmost professional manner I would highly recommend lightning rods and even more highly recommended hiring William to do the job we are going to do an expansion later on and he will be the one and only contractor I will call to continue our lightning protection"

"Mr. Value Electricians did a wonderful job at our place. We had them do a new install of two bathroom vent fans. We did not have vent fans before. Mark did a great job leaving the rest of the ceiling totally untouched. He ran the ductwork to the soffit in the attic--which I was totally fine with. If I run into flow problems, I may eventually get a roofer to installs vents directly above to reduce any pressure drops due to bends. No one tried to sell us fancy or overly expensive fans. We provided our own. It was a good experience."

"I explained to Robbie that a GA Power former employee I know suggested it could be a short in the panel box itself for the area involved or a short in one of the switches or sockets. Robbie 1st checked one multi-switch area where I had someone install 2 Wi-fi switches for me, then he performed some other tests and immediately found the problem within 5-10 minutes. It was a GFI socket in the garage that wasn't completely installed, possibly during the home construction (10 yrs. ago). We never used the socket until a week before the problem started, which made a lot of sense now why it caused the issue. I recalled I had some problems with 3 kitchen sockets, which never worked since we moved in. I thought I needed to have them replaced with upgraded GFI sockets, and suggested this would be a future project if needed, because I was silently concerned about the price to fix my current problem, but Robbie found out they were already GFI protected and the problem was the main controlling GFI socket needed repair. Robbie was very informative and patient with me in explaining the problems and fixed both issues quickly. He made me feel very confident about using Big Frog for my future electrical projects and repairs. Since I am new the area it took some time for me to decide who to call for the problem, which would also help me decide who to call for electrical issues going forward. I initially contacted the company listed on my electrical panel thinking they would know best since they performed the work during construction but they never followed up about coming to check the issue. I read several reviews on yelp and google reviews and Big Frog always appeared as the best within my area. My first experience was also very affordable. I was concerned it would cost a lot to have the problem fixed, depending on the cause, to the point where I put off grocery shopping until the issue was fixed. I am very glad I reached out to Big Frog Electric and feel relieved that I now have electricians I can count on."

"they change the overhead light in our kitchen and put up beautiful track lighting from Lowes, lights over our island and changed the outdoor lights. David and his brother were very prompt and on time to the initial appointment. They communicated with us and understood what we needed and made recommendations. David worked around our schedule. On the day of the installation they showed on time. and did an excellent job. I would recommend them. They will be doing all the electrical jobs in our home. Very nice young men very reasonable rates."

"They installed a whole house surge protection system for $449.00 and an outdoor outlet. They were very professional and friendly."

"Did someone do you dirty? Maybe your GC disappeared mid-project or your electrician did something wrong, or maybe both! Now you’re reluctantly having to act as your own GC, and maybe even from a different state. Yup, you’re jaded. Have no fear. THIS is the company to call for your electrical work. Jeremy jumped in and saved the day and has earned a permanent spot in my rolodex for any property in North Ga I own. Communication was great. Job was done right (the first time)."

"Great job on installing my lightning ⚡️ protection system great price and we could not be more satisfied with the system looks great thank u again Peter!!"
