"We considered for a very long time on when we would remodel our kitchen. At last, the time came to decide on a contractor to do the work. Wendell checked out the reviews on Home Adviser and decided on a couple to check out. We were impressed with Yesteryearâ s reviews, and Andy Kopanskiâ s presentation. His price was within our budget (unlike the second proposal from another company). We did not realize with covid there are several challenges with the delays in shipments for cabinets and other supplies. We are so glad we hired Andy and his crew (Brian and Chris)! Andy always had a good attitude (even with all the additional challenges) and did all he could to make it easier on us. He and his crew were always respectful of our home and us. Communication was constant and timely, all questions answered and lists checked off. Their effort to keep down the dust and dirt made life much better for us. Yesteryear did extra tasks to keep the project moving when supplies were not delivered on time. Good planning, good work, which resulted in a good project. They made our kitchen look and work beautifully. We are so very happy with our new kitchen!!!!! If we decide to do other updates Andy will be our first call! Wendell and Connie Bunting"

"We love our deck extension! They were able to add on to our existing deck and took on a huge project to extend it 50ft across! Carmel had a bunch of extra requirements but eventually we got the permit with extra additions and Maynor himself did a great job handling the changes and keeping us in the loop! Not only do we love the deck, but the work is high quality and they are all very hardworking individuals! We would definitely use them again and definitely recommend them!"

"We had the Geek Squad out 3 times to repair our dishwasher. It was worse after each visit. The 4th time I called them to try and get it done again they said that our warranty had ran out. But 5hat if we wanted to pay them they would come back out. Yeah rite! So we were blessed to be in contact with Bergen Co, LLC. It took him an hour to assess the situation and fix it. We plan to have them back out to do some more work for us."

"Waters impressed us from the initial meeting when they assessed our roof to the final product. They found our roof had sustained wind damage and they were present when our insurance adjuster arrived to answer any questions he might have. They found additional damage during the process, Waters worked the insurance, we dealt with insurance very little. They cleaned the area each day to the point our yard and driveway actually looked better than it did prior to the work being started. They also suggested upgrades that not only improved the quality of the roof, but will save us money on our home owners insurance. The final product was a beautiful roof. We will not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them."

"We had an older home which needed a complete kitchen and bath update. Our remodeling job required extensive skills in carpentry, drywall, plumbing, cabinetry, finish trim work and painting. "Project went well. We love the size, look and quality of the new screened porch. We had a drafted plan, but F&LB adjusted well during the construction phase and made some good decisions and improvements (e.g. adjusting roof attachment to house; doing a walk out vs. a step down; higher quality steps out of porch). All workers were friendly, cleaned up and professional. Project leaders were upfront about changes, took ownership, and followed through. The project took 2-3 weeks longer than anticipated. With such a project probably not a surprise just not everything timed up right to finish up. We have some final cleanup to do once the weather gets better - finish full siding painting was not complete and a bit unexpected/unplanned. In the end we feel we have a quality and unique porch that we will really enjoy."
