He explained each step of the repair process, discussed the options/results and offered new product suggestions. He researched all the switches to ensure each worked, replaced lighting in the living room, kitchen, guest bedroom, outside lighting and bedroom outlets. He attention to detail and pride in his work clearly showed. This may not be the cheapest option, but the quality of work and level of customer experience out weighed the cost. "I called Lighting Bug Electric for a quote to install a generator transfer switch. The office was prompt with scheduling and called to let me know each time when a technician would be out and was on his way. Timing was accurate. Leo came out to give a quote. This wasn't our first transfere switch intall. I wanted Leo to do the install so I set up an appointment for install with him on the spot for the following week.
