"Call Atlanta Tankless & Water Heater before you call anyone else. Knowledgeable, friendly, honest and fair."

"I didn't understand why I had to have a permit from the city to simply have my water heater replaced, the talked to me extensively about it and even went down to the permit office with me...I would say above and beyond is this company's moto."

"Estes has been providing my service for approximately 10 years. Always prompt, courteous and very accommodating. They recently (June 2019) replaced my hot water heater and installed new HVAC system. An awesome crew performed the installation and was very thorough in explaining all of the new components to me. Also the gentleman who came to my home when the unit needed replacing was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and insured that all of my questions and concerns were addressed before he left."

"Repaired one inch damaged copper elbow on main water line through basement wall. Replaced shutoff valve on main water line in basement. Removed half inch hot water copper pipe and shutoff valve located under dishwasher and capped off. Installed a shutoff valve on copper hot water line under sink for dishwasher water supply line."

"It went well! Matt and TC at Plumb Life ATL are very professional and communicative. Matt called the day before to let us know when the plumber, TC would be arriving. On the day we were scheduled, TC called an hour before he was scheduled to let us know when he'd be arriving. TC was very punctual and determined to find the source of our water leak. He removed the water heater in less than no time. Then he explained to my wife and I that he needed to cut into the wall to find the leak. He then neatly cut into the wall and found rusty nails all throughout our piping. He removed the damaged pipe and neatly installed new piping in that area. We no longer have a water leak issue thanks to TC and Matt. Matt was also very communicative from the onset to the conclusion of the work. We highly recommend their services. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"They have been prompt and reliable.  When my heater failed during very cold weather, they were there quickly and had the repair done within 12 hours of my call.  This has been a preventive maintenance expense that has been worth it's weight in heating and cooling!

"The job was to replace the pipe for the main water source. The cost is right, work crews are pleasant to work with, cleaned up properly after the job was done."

"I cannot say enough good things about Mitchell and Demarcus. They called when they were on the way, arrived on time, and completed the installation in just a few hours. It was a tough job. The water heater was partially blocked by the furnace but Mitchell figured out how to remove the old heater without having to remove part of a wall, which is what I expected would have to happen. He re-piped the connections (the old piping was a mess!) ran the gas line extension to my stove area and placed the new heater. I had hot water within a few hours of job completion. I now look forward to hiring Mitchell again to install my new gas stove (once I buy it). I highly recommend Cool Air. I will receive a 10% discount on the water heater in the form of a gift card because I'm a Costco member."

"Excellent work and the price was right. Replaced gas hot water heater and 3 shutoff valves. Everything to code for $1900. Very satisfied."
