"Called on a Friday afternoon with sewer backup and Owen & co-worker arrived within a couple of hours and unclogged the line. They were very professional and friendly. I was pleased with their work but not with the news that tree roots were the cause and would require an expensive repair (excavation/partial sewer line replacement). Merry Christmas!"

"The appointment was set quickly and job completed just as quickly. Had an outside faucet replaced, They took the time to examine other faucets in the house and reviewed other plumbing fixtures for leaks and water pressure."

"I had a few companies lined up to provide me quotes and DeBella was the first appt. They explained all the features and the benefits of the GAF products itself, the high warranty level if DeBella installed the GAF products (due to the contractors training w/ GAF) and went up the attic to review the supporting wood beams and plywood to give a bid. I was told that from what they saw in the attic that at least 50% (and possibly up to 2/3) of the plywood would need to be replaced and the quotes requested from calling their office was based on that. They gave me 3 different quotes (w/ covered gutters, w/ uncovered gutters, w/o gutters). There was plenty of high pressure tactics used during this appt regarding added promotions (at least 2 promotions were applied) that was only valid for that day. Since I had no other bids yet (and at least 4 others scheduled in the next day or two); I kept pushing back saying I was not comfortable nor willing to commit without hearing the other bids. They finally relented and stated that my promo offer pricing was valid till the end of the next day. I eventually picked another company to do the replacement (since they provided me a quote w/o plywood cost included but did state how much each sheet of plywood would be costing if plywood would need replacing). But what irks me about DeBella (other than the pressure tactics) is the fact that the company I picked only had to replace minimal plywood due to rot vs what DeBella quoted me. And its not like I would get refund if DeBella happen to not need to replace all the plywood that they quoted on; they just get a bigger profit. So, if you want a quote from DeBella, make sure you schedule their appt as the last one so that the pressure tactics are lessened. Overall Pros: Very detailed explanations of the GAF products and the resulting warranty using DeBella. Went up to the attic and reviewed the wood structure. Overall Cons: High pressure tactics Over-estimation of plywood needs (meant bigger profit for DeBella)"

FAQs for faucets, fixtures and pipes repair or replace projects in Dallas, OR

You can absolutely install an outdoor mixture tap outside your home. An outdoor mixer tap blends hot and cold water before it leaves the spout, giving you a steady temperature for rinsing produce, washing hands, or spraying down patio furniture. As long as a plumber runs both hot and cold supply lines and insulates them against freezing, a mixer outside performs just like the one in your kitchen.

Outdoor faucet handles come in twist, lever, or knob varieties, all designed to stand up to the elements while giving you precise flow control. They’re built from tough materials yet offer the same comfort and ease of use as indoor faucets. Ask your plumber for a selection and for recommendations on the best option for your needs.

Start by pinpointing the leak—often it’s a worn washer, a loose packing nut, or a damaged gasket. If it’s salvageable, replace the faulty part; otherwise, you may need a new faucet. Always turn off the water before starting repairs, and test thoroughly when you’re done to confirm you’ve stopped the leak.

You can protect your outdoor faucets during the winter months by shutting off the water supply to the outdoor faucet before freezing weather arrives and by always disconnecting any attached hoses. You can further safeguard your outdoor faucets against ice by insulating the pipe and installing a basic faucet cover.

An outdoor faucet can last 20 years, though budget models may wear out in 10, and high-end ones can push 30 or more. Proper installation, routine upkeep, and careful use help you get the most life from any spigot. Ask your plumber for maintenance and care recommendations to get the most from your outdoor faucet.

Replacing an outdoor spigot yourself might work if you’re handy, but a professional plumber guarantees code compliance, reduces the risk of water damage, and offers peace of mind. If you’re not sure about soldering or local regulations, it’s best to hire a licensed plumber for a lasting fix that you can feel confident in.
