"One of the workers walked into the house w/o knocking, the first time. The second time, he walked in and it scared my 7 years old granddaughter. Not good. I got completed what was on the bid sheet, but the contractor seemed to not listen or chose to ignore what I asked for. I asked for extensive caulking on a 10x15 Morgan shed and all water damaged flooring and joists and frame 2x4s to be replaced. When the bid came there were discrepancies but I asked to have a face to face before we started. Again stated my wants ... and again the mission statement was missed in the translation. The work was pretty good but not what I would have expected from a 'professional' contractor. "This just happens when you replace plywood flooring'."
