From the very first phone call to request service with Diane Davis, the customer service was top notch! Ralph White, sales manager, was a pleasure to work with. He came out to the house several times and based on our yard, needs, and preferences, came up with a beautiful plan for a deck around our above ground pool and also a deck on the back of our home. He was honest about pricing and explained the entire process before it was done. Joe Davis, owner, was very pleasant and professional through the entire process. He went out of his way to research and discuss with his team the best options for us, and was on site whenever needed.. Chris, co owner, was very professional and pleasant. He too was a hard worker and led the team well. He has an amazing eye for detail and kept us informed of any adjustments that needed to be made or if he saw another way, gave us the option. Tommy was one of the hardest contractors we ve worked with. He was on site every single day and worked quickly and efficiently. He made a point of always cleaning up at the end of the day and was very pleasant. There were several other men that came (unfortunately we didn t get their names) and worked very hard as well. The team even came out on their days off a few times in order to complete various stages of the project. They ended up having to repair some brickwork to complete our back deck, and finished that a week early and it was beautiful! It was done so nicely that we hired them to redo our front brick porch. The quality and the a craftsmanship of the two back decks were beyond what we had envisioned. Each team member showed pride in their work and it shows in the final product. We will be hiring them again for future projects on our home. If you want quality that will last, we highly recommend calling these guys!"

Came to the job and then said they couldn't paint the ceiling (after I ran out and bought more paint). 4 hours into the project they said they would have all of the white trim painted by the time they left. Only completed 3/4ths of the white trim."

"I called Mr Birch Monday Oct. 18,2013, to ask about having my gutters cleaned out.  He asked for square footage of my home,gave me a price of $99 which sounded very reasonable to me knowing I have a two story home and knowing the gutters were quite full of pinestraw, limbs, and pinecones. 
We set up a date of Wed Oct 20 in the afternoon.  However,when Wed arrived it was pouring down raining so we set up again for Friday 10/25.  Time set up between  9 and 10 a.m.
Mr. Birch arrived promptly on time with another guy and began working right away.  I asked him to leave any bagged pinestraw with me so I could put the straw in my beds.  He agreed with that.
He cleaned the gutters out,he made sure that water would flow freely and would not back up,he bagged the pine straw.  He also got rid of a hornet's nest,washed down leaves, dead bugs that were stuck on the side of the house and the front and back too which I deeply appreciated. 
I will definitely be calling him to keep these gutters from being so packed next time.
