"Great! All exceeding my expectations -- except for one fact: removing the old nails. They had to come back out twice to collect the nails that they "certified" would not be left behind because of their magnetic roller. Though the company, the crew, and the quality were top notch -- the only place they lacked is actually collecting the old nails. BOTH of my neighbors found nails in their own yard, not to mention I am STILL finding nails all around my house -- and this is several months later. All in -- 100% AWESOME job, other than the nail situation. STILL give them an overall A because there were polite, punctual, and professional. Just be prepared for there to be months of nail-collection."

"Brian came over as planned and the work was done perfectly and everything was cleaned up etc."

"painting a deck, installing a lock, putting brick tile in trash storage and putting a grill together."

"Gerald did an excellent job of keeping my lawn (i.25 acres) tidy all summer. He is very experienced and so works quickly and efficiently, with the proper tools. He also shows initiative and is accommodating, courteous, and cheerful. I'll be using his services again this coming summer.

"We are extremely pleased with this service event. The craftsman was very knowledgeable and had a wonderful personality. He was always on time as promised each day. Restoration was performed very efficiently and he cleaned and disposed of debris as he advanced through each job stage. When decision points required our input, we were asked for our ideas before a task was completed. This is our third job performed by Handyman Matters. We are extremely pleased with the Administrative Team and all craftsmen who've worked on our behalf. We would definitely hire Handyman Matters again and are very willing to pass referrals to anyone seeking a reliable contractor."

"We hired the maid service to clean our house on a bi weekly basis, they are wonderful. The first time they came out we couldn't believe our eyes when we got home. They straightened up and cleaned things we probably would have never done. I highly recommend these two ladies, they are super friendly and do a wonderful job."

"Robert called when he was enroute and arrived early. Hired him as an electrician for the day. During the day he replaced 2 ceiling fans and replaced 5 outside lights on the porch, garage, and back porch. He replaced a fuse for the ceiling fan, and changed out the front doorbell switch after trouble shooting it. He replaced a smoke detector and he replaced two light fixtures in our bathrooms. After completing all electrical work early, he gladly changed out a faucet in the powder room, and put up new 3-piece bathroom fixtures in all three bathrooms. All in a day's work. Robert was very professional the entire period and only stopped work after his 7 hours were up. Would gladly recommend his proficient and professional service. Terry Reid (Col USMC retired)"

"Called Colmar to have leak repair on wall in living room. This led to finding leak in chimney/roof. When repair was being done, we were very much impressed with people on the job and the excellent work. This led to our extension of contract to have much needed work to be done on our home. All work has been professionally done and we are extremely satisfied with the completion of each project.

Price of the complete project was very reasonable and each project called for a variety of expertise which was provided all along the way. I would highly recommend Colmar for any project that is needed."

"Cory did a fantastic job on my bathroom! From the tile, to the shower installation, everything was completed with perfect craftsmanship! Would definitely recommend!!"

"I got the initial contract for some light maintenance work but that was interrupted by a flooding of my family room due to a water leak from a broken pipe.   So I extended the existing contract to include the repair of damaged drywall and paneling and the replacement of the previous carpet flooring with a new Pergo laminated flooring instead of carpet.  All work was done professionally and at a reasonable price.  I supplied the materials and Steve supplied the labor.  Due to scheduling conflicts for both Steve and myself the work was not done all in one process but spread over several weeks.  That was not a problem with me. The final product has the room looking as good, or better, then before the water damage occurred.    The final costs far exceeded the original contract work but the amount of work was greatly increased also.   The work I needed to have done initially remains undone but I will hire Ferree's Maintenance to do those projects, as well as several others that I have planned.
I would not hesitate to hire Ferree's Maintenance again for any project from general maintenance and repair to restoration work. The quality of all work performed was excellent.
