"Davide was outstanding in every regard. He politely advised me that he'd be running a few minutes late, was prepared to do the work when he arrived and took time talking to me about exactly how I wanted the towel rack to look and what my options were. He hung it perfectly, even installing a washer so it wouldn't wobble on the wall. He took the door hinges off and spent quite a bit of time trying to repair them so that the door would close properly. After much effort, he advised me that at least one of the hinges was in disrepair and needed to be replaced. He explained what my husband needed to purchase and how to ensure a proper fit on the door. I am extremely pleased with his work and his pleasant demeanor. I would not hesitate to hire him again, and I highly recommend him to those that need handyman work performed."

"He arrived 10 minutes early to get started. He noted what was needed to complete the tasks. He went to Home Depot and bought the material. I reimbursed him when he returned. He informed me that the ceiling fan could not be repaired because Home Depot did not have the part. He even took me to Home Depot to buy another ceiling fan, when my son borrowed my car. He tested and retested all of his repairs to make sure they were done properly. He finished a little earlier than anticipated and asked if there were any other repairs that needed to be done prior to him leaving. Very trustworthy. I will definitely use him again."

This same attention to detail is applied to both his preparation and cleanliness, as well as to the actual painting itself. He and his team of two people carefully moved and covered furniture within our den and foyer, and then set about patching and repairing a prior contractor debacle, whereby a roofing company had put hundreds of nail holes through our tongue and groove, exposed wood ceiling. He then painted and touched up the roof to the point where it looked as good as new. We were so happy with the job that we proceeded to have our kitchen ceiling done as well. "Nathan came and quoted for a garage makeover and also the epoxying of out screened patio floor. Nathan gave us a good price for both but we decided to go with the patio floor first. The guys, James and Travis arrived on time if not earlier and got to work straight away. They ground down the floor to a smooth finish on the first day. There was a lot of dust generated but they did such a good job vacuuming up the dust it was not an issue. The second day the epoxy flooring was installed and it took only about 4 hours. It looks AMAZING!! We couldn't be happier. This is a class act company and we are looking forward to our garage makeover! Thanks, Nathan for a job well done!!"

"The tradesmen that we were assigned from OCA Tile Services were excellent. They were very courteous, very clean and very meticulous regarding the job they were hired to do. The first job was a floor installation on the entire first floor of a newly constructed home. Any imperfect or questionable areas were redone without argument. The finished floor is beautiful. We also hired OCA to do lighting, which included adding and moving receptacles and patching holes in the ceiling. We could not be happier with the work. We plan to hire OCA again to do more extensive work in our home."
