"I cannot stress enough how pleased I am at the job Julio did. The project was a set of glass interior doors that needed to have the holes for the door knob and hinges drilled and routed. One frame was an existing bi-fold door and had to be set up for a standard door. This was not an easy install and a number of other handymen on the top of Angies list admitted they could not handle the job and others gave me the feeling that they were accepting to do something they were not experienced in. Being that they are expensive doors I kept looking until I spoke with Julio and was satisfied with his confidence to be able to do the job. He came in and did the job perfectly! He was very pleasant and very meticulous. When he was done I asked him about a screen repair on the top of my lanai. The screen pulled out and needed the spline refitted. This would have cost a lot to have a screen guy come out just for that job and Julio took care of it for me at a fraction of the cost. If you are reading my review then you are looking for a handyman....trust me and give him a call,,,you will never use anyone else again!"

"Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage. The THR crew never skipped a beat. They brought in additional supplies and effected a complete repair."

"It all went very smoothly.  Robert showed up on time, measured our closets, and listened to what we wanted.  That night he emailed us a 2-D and 3-D drawing of the closets.  He listened to us and the changes we wanted to make, and scheduled a time to install the closets in a week. He showed up as expected and finished the job within several hours.   We are very satisfied with the work.  Our master bedroom closet works beautifully.  He also did one of the small closets in a spare bedroom for our at-home office and my crafts. Can't tell you how much I love that closet and how happy I am that we did that.  We had called 3 people for estimates.  Robert's price was more reasonable, but more importantly, he was able to give us 6 feet more hanging space with his design.  I think he really maximized the space and we have some angled walls in the closet that created challenges.  He will tell you that the product is high quality - and it is - but his talent is his ability to create a design that utilizes all the space and overcome the obstacles.  We are very pleased and would definitely recommend him.

12/4/13 I wanted to add to this recommendation.  There is no comparison between Robert's work and another company in the area.  We allowed another company to "make ammends for a mistake they made" and they installed a system in another closet for us.  Use this guy for your closet.  1.  He patches the holes after removing the wire closet systems - you still have to paint, but there are no holes left in your walls.  2.  His system is a floor mounted system - the other is hanging from the wall.  3.  Robert's system is completely flexible (except the top and bottom shelf.  So if you have a double hang area and want to change it to long hang you can - and you can switch it back.  This is unbelievably important to us.  If you want any other details let me know or photos.  This guy is the way to go."

"Initially all went well and overall their design and work was good, Jess and Flavio were very responsive initially but as the job went on much less so and getting them to respond to finishing up and addressing some issues at the end was downright impossible, although they did finally finish up most of my concerns. Overall, satisfied with the design and most of the subcontractors but their painters were beyond horrible and I eventually had to fire the painters myself- couldn't believe Flavio sent the same painters back to do the job that I fired initially! Contracted with them also to rewire my house which had aluminum wiring- they tried to charge an exorbitant fee in my estimation and when I said no to the second half of the job they adjusted the price but still high. I was in a tight spot due to some pressing family issues and had to get the job done so I agreed (they were woefully beyond their promised time frame, knowing my constraints)- I believe they dropped the price because they didn't want it to come to light that they actually rewired my entire house WITHOUT A PERMIT! This only came to light 1 year later when I had an electrical inspection after having a home generator installed. And forget about them ever responding in the 1 year warranty period. They do not return calls, texts or emails. They also did not complete a few small items that were already paid for. Jess and Flavio came highly recommended by someone else they did work for, again their design and overall work was good, but many of the details were sloppy, I highly recommend you get your own painters, they also, by the way, painted with the wrong paint despite the fact that I gave them a picture of the exact paint and finish I used for the rest of the house. And when I asked them about the wiring inspection, they lied and told me it was already inspected- so beware.....I would not have any further dealings with this company, but thankfully, I learned a lot about dealing with contractors in the future so some good lessons were learned on my part. fool me once....."
