The guys were the GREATEST!!!  I waited to write this review because I wanted to make sure leaking didn't occur.  After the monsoon we just experienced I'm happy to say "no leaks!"  The guys, especially Matt, were very professional and courteous.  They came in with huge pieces of plastic to wall off my basement so dust didn't spread throughout my house.  They put tarps down the stairs and when they were finished you wouldn't have known they were there.  All I can say is "wow".  I have never had such a good experience with repairmen.  I would highly recommend them!!!  Bob, who came out to give me the estimate, was professional and courteous.  He came across trustworthy and helpful.  I'm so glad I hired them :)

"This was a great remodeling experience!
Our bathroom had a significant recurring mold problem due to insufficient ventilation.    The right solution to the problem was to gut the existing tile and drywall (except the floor) and install a proper ventilation fan.    We contacted Design Renovations in min august 2013 for a quote.   Rob came out and made excellent suggestions on what we could do with the space.   We hired them in early Sept. with the work planned to start in time to be finished by Thanksgiving.
We were initially concerned about their payment model because it was very different than what we have encountered in the past.   However, it worked out extremely well.    We paid them for their work at the end.   Instead of paying Design Renovations up front, or during the work, we paid the subcontractors directly.   We also either purchased items ourselves (such as the vanity and cabinets) or placed cash on their contractor account at Lowes (which they drew from to purchase supplies).    Every purchase was backed up by receipts to account for every penny spent.
In the end though, this was great, as one of the issues we have had with contractors in the past was their cash management resulting in problems with subs.   In this case, there were no worries at all.
There was only only one minor down side to the whole experience,   There was a small miscommunication at the start of the work that was equally our issue.   When they were hired they stated that they would contact us 2-3 weeks before work began to discuss final details.   We lost track of the time (our fault) and was surprised when they called 2 days before they wanted to start work.    Other than that, the whole experience was great!
The work was started the first week in November and completed in under two weeks.   The work was of high quality and professionally completed.  The result was a bathroom that is elegant and modern instead of old and moldy.
Everyone associated with the company was highly professional and friendly.    I would not hesitate to hire them again for our future remodeling needs.

"Jam Home Services (Jeff & Crew) tackled my condo, it was a mess. They repaired the walls, did lots of sanding and painted my whole condo. A fella at the Benjamin Moore Store referred me to Jam Construction and I couldn’t be happier. My walls look like butter and I look at them everyday and can’t believe how lucky I was to have found Jam. They completed my condo in a week and it was so nice to see such teamwork and laughter. Looking forward to having them back to clean and stain my deck. It’s going to brand new after they get through with it. Thanks again... you do amazing work."

"Went ok. They came with some tubes of caulk. Basically everything they did I could have done myself for literally less than $20-30 dollars. They don't go up on ladders to caulk higher windows in home. Not even sure what they did in my basement or what they did to improve air leaks throughout the rest of my home. Again. A few tubes of caulk and I could have tackled on my own."

"From the day Mac came to our house to explain options and clarify the process and price, we were sold and convinced that using All-Weather Seal was the best option to meet our needs.  Even after the initial order we requested a few minor changes and he was very accommodating.  In fact, as we placed the order over Labor Day Weekend, he even came to my work place to pick up the check we made and finish all details for the order.  After we finished the order when we finalized changes, Mac came back to my office to sign the contract again with requested changes.  He always accommodated our needs and our work and after-work schedules of my wife and me.  Just about the time we were going to call All-Weather Seal about the installation of the windows, sure enough Mac called again and let me know I would  be hearing from the installers about setting up a date/day/time to do the work.  One of the staff came to do one final measurement of all the windows and within a few days the installers came to our home on a Saturday to remove our old windows and install the new ones.  They were on time and prompt in their arrival.  They were respectful of our home and took care to make sure everything was done properly with the installation throughout the day.  As they worked they cleaned up what was not needed any more, then left the area in front of our home spotless as if they had never been there and the new windows had always been in place.  We were totally impressed with the entire process, the price and the work ethic, honesty and workmanship of all involved.  While we did not have a budget to do ALL the windows at this time for our entire house, we would contact All-Weather Seal in a minute if and when we are interested or able to install other windows or doors in our home.

"They sent about 15 workers and 8 hours later we have a brand roof! They were very professional, covered my flowers and landscaping before doing the job, went through the yard after with a magnet to do all the cleaning up of the left over parts and nails. They were very careful with the job overall and did an amazing job."

"This has been one of the greatest experiences I’ve had with getting work done around the house. Firstly Mrs.Rytel is such a nice and caring woman, she made sure she kept in close contact with me and made me feel very comfortable while she walked me through allot of different options pertaining to anything I needed help with around the house and etc..My front door was broken and they made sure to get to me asap knowing my urgent situation and at no cost so I will forever be greatful!!! Fixing the front door wasn’t their only concern they wanted to make sure to check out the rest of the house to see if anything else was in need of repair, it was a leak under my kitchen sink and Mr.Rytel saw the problem and fixed it within minutes. I thought my door was broken beyond repair and would need to be replaced but Mr.Rytel quickly showed me different and worked his magic lol! "I contacted Lombardo Restoration on May 15 to purchase an Angie's List Big Deal for $349 to repair and/or replace several electrical outlets in our home which I thought had been damaged as a result of a lightening strike during a recent electrical storm. Leonard arrived on time May 30 as scheduled. After inspecting the problem areas he determined that they could be corrected by resetting a GFCI outlet located in our basement storage area that had been hidden by a portable clothes closet. He offered to accept $50 for correcting the basement problem, $20 for replacing a damaged GFCI outlet in our garage, and refund our $349 Big Deal original purchase price. Integrity of this nature is a rare commodity these days! I recommend Lombardo Restoration to anyone in need of electrical expertise from a friendly, competent and honest company!"
