"My garden unit bedroom closet had mold visible on the drywall from a greater condo building water issue. When the mold remediation company found that the hardwood floor and plywood subfloor were also wet and moldy, we had to remove the floor as well. "I have used Murphy's three separate times to replace doors and windows in my home, and I plan to use Murphy's and only Murphy's in the future. Perfect!  David was a pleasure to work with-I met with him a few days prior to the install for his thoughts on what to do with this room. Feather in the missing pieces of wood or install a new floor over the existing, which is what I did. 

The price he gave me was for both the flooring and installation and there were no changes on this!

Job was completed in one day, on time and room was left immaculate!

I will use them again for our next project-sanding and staining  living room and dining room.
