At first it started out as a shutter repair, turned out the shutters were too old and required replacement. Within a week the shutters were built but turned out to be slightly too big. "Nick came to my house and had great suggestions for my shutters. When the time name for the installation, the shutters were misplaced for a couple of weeks and I kept calling to see where they were. They were finally located and installed. The was a chip on one shutter and I had to ask if that was going to be repaired before the installer left. He did fix the chip, but I feel he should have seen it and repaired it without my asking. Overall the products is nice and I would use them again."

He was our first visitor in our first home, and what a welcome visitor he was! :) Before visiting our home to take measurements, show us our options, and give us a final estimate, Claude asked for information about our house and windows. When he showed up, turns out I had NO idea what I was talking about, so Claude gently corrected the information I had shared and patiently explained the difference between windows. He provided sage advice but let me make the final decision on all of our options. He delivered exactly what we wanted and increased the property value of our home well beyond the cost of the shutters and installation! Unfortunately, there was a warehouse fire where our shutters were painted, so there was a delay in their delivery and installation. But they were worth the wait! Seriously, my father raves about our shutters. Our cats love our shutters. The seller of the house even loves them and has said he's proud to see us make this house our home with our shutters.
