"I sold my home recently. And my next purchase i was looking for a house that need some updating and remodeling wanting to take on a project for the 1st time and see how it turns out. I found the home that fit the criteria I wS looking for so after purchasing my home ,went through and made list of all I was wanting and needed to do. The original windows were still in the home which was built in 1970. Being a priority for replacing the windows I called around and had 3 different companies suggested make appointments to come out look and give estimates. Champion being one of those companies was the 1st out of 3 to come out. Their salesman Sam introduced himself came in did a walk through and then we sat down for him to go over and explain Champions windows and what they had to offer. Sam was very thorough and demonstrated the products advantage over others. Along with comparing warranty with other companies. Iam a Veteran of US Army. A combat Veteran serving in Iraq 2004 - 2006. Sam noticed some of my medals and awards that were laying out and wanted to thank me for my service. I don't know why or what got it started, God works in mysterious ways. But. Got to talking about my military career and my involvement in Iraq. Talking about the war after the war and my trials and struggles that came home with me. I felt as though Sam was a life long friend not just a salesman for Champion . Something I don't usually talk about with family much less a stranger seem to be like a normal everyday conversation. I noticed him getting g emotional on a certain occasion and very attentive to listening to what I wS saying. After all was done he stood up shook my hand and wanted me to know how much he appreciated me talking with him. I was kibda blown back myself because that doesn't happen much at all in professional settings and here ism pouring out to Sam. Again God knows guess when things are needed. Do he asked what I thought about their product. I stopped him right there. Told him you have a great product from what you presented. Nit seei g any other companies yet. I told there would be no need I wanted to sign a contract with Champion. To me having a great product is one thing. But having a great person who took the time listen was worth far more than the windows. So, I know this a long review.but thought you needed to hear tge story about not only the best windows around. But. To me tge best staff u ever had the pleasure to be involved with. From start to finish . Purchase to installing the windows. Nothing but knowledge , profffesionalism and courtesy with Champion and absolutelyive the windows and blown away tge difference it has made to my home. "Due to the pandemic some things were a week or two slower but once they started their projects it was well done. The windows were put in with a craftsman's quality and they improved our home. The roofer and gutter teams did an excellent job and we no longer have the leak or the rain water running down our exterior walls from the roof. There were two windows that needed to be frosted that didn't come at the installation time but later were brought by the owner of the company. All in all we are well pleased."

"Andrew and a small crew erected a prefab patio screen house that attaches to the house. It is like a screened porch, only on a patio. It took them 15 hours and they did a wonderful job, even moving a light fixture that was in the way. We have enjoyed almost every supper outside on our new screened patio since then. They also built a nice ramp for my custom shed, as well as putting up lattice work around it to my specs.

"My experience with Horner Construction and Design was very positive. After reaching out to Brad Horner and receiving a quote, we continued to correspond back and forth for several months with questions I had. Once I decided to use Horner Construction, I was provided a detailed contract that showed what products would be used and the cost of each. The craftsmen who work for BHC&D were very knowledgeable, professional and invested in the final product being quality work. They removed all old decking, support post and handrails and hauled them away. The deck/screened porch they built was exactly what I envisioned. It looks as though it was an original deck and roof, not an addition. The original deck size was 12' x 34', and approximately 12' from ground level. The finished product is a 12' x 22' screened porch and a 12' x 12' open deck. They custom make the screen panels, which I like because I didn't want a screen kit that would reduce the size of the panels or have metal framing attached to the wood deck. The screen panels are 8' wide and very taunt. The screens are stretched from the decking to the roof. They installed 8 recessed LED lights and a ceiling fan. They were not the cheapest of estimates that I received when getting quotes, but I was focused on getting a high quality product because I see this as an investment on my home. I would recommend Horner Construction & Design to my friends and family."

"The advertisement/special was for 1000 sq ft of carpet cleaning. At best, serviceman cleaned approx 500 ft. There were 4 areas not extremely bad that I wanted technician to pay special attention to. 2 of the 4 he did very well. The other 2 in hallway he was not able to do a good job at all. Once the carpet dried (1 day later), it was obvious that it wasn't done thoroughly. And the water marks persist which was one of the big reasons I scheduled this in the beginning."
