"It took us time to find a contractor. We got over Six quotes only two contractors actually sent us a bid. Ben was very responsive. He sent us the quote within a week from the visit. We were very satisfied with the process. We were always in the know. We have done renovations In the past with contractors and we were always not pleased with not knowing the schedule. We finally found someone we can trust and will definitely be using him again. Thank you again Ben it was a pleasure meeting you and working with you."

"Working with Kris & Aaron is a true pleasure, which is unusual when working with contractors. They are lovely men who are honest and trustworthy and who also take huge pride in doing things correctly. No cutting corners or cheap stuff for them. They have done things like replace my skylight, build fences, add electrical lights/outlets/etc. I would trust them with anything. Because they are also excellent landscapers, they actually know plants and landscaping and have done wonderful things with my gardens. Thank you Kris & Aaron!"

"Throughout our project, their general construction services were consistently professional and reliable. They managed every detail flawlessly, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish."

"I recently hired Masterful Construction to build my new home and was blown away by their professionalism and attention to detail. The entire team was communicative throughout the process, ensuring that I was happy with every aspect of the construction. The finished product exceeded my expectations and very happy with my beautiful new home."

"It's difficult to trust contractors these days. We had a bad experience in the past with another contractor and we were very hesitant to use one again. However, we decided to give Tech Line Construction a chance because our friend recommended them. We are so glad that we did! They painted the exterior of our house and handled a bigger project for our property. I admire how Luis always kept us in the loop and he was always available to answer our questions. We'll pass the word to our friends and family about this company. They're the real deal!"

"Erik and is team were wonderful! As a new homeowner of an old house, I had a lot of home repairs and didnâ t know where to start. Erik was extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy about what work needed to be done to fix the issues, and he went above and beyond to address all of my concerns, whether they be big structural repairs or small paint touchups. He and his father worked diligently on all of the projects, and I feel much more comfortable in my home as a result. I plan to hire them for all of my future projects. Thank you!"

"Eric took over a partially completed remodeling job. The job
included framing a new floor where there had been a sunken conversation pit,
hanging doors, replacing the old baseboards and completing a wall with new drywall.
His bid was very reasonable and he completed the job quickly and efficiently. I
would use him again and I would definitely recommend him to others.

"Isaías and his crew are remarkable! I had a very absent contractor who was good in the beginning then didn’t show up for 3 weeks! Had I not been referred to Isaías, I would STILL be in an 8mo job that took 3 yrs to NOT finish! Jackie is Supportive and helpful Isaías checked it out, got his crew in and ~2 mos I was in! Isais came by the job regularly, didn’t pull his workers to another job, made sure all was going as planned. He didn’t ask for money every time he showed up, inspected the work being done, checked in with me and ensured I was getting what I wanted. The single most important quality for me is reliability. Reliability was demonstrated by Isaías regularly. Jackie was so responsive and helped me thru the filing process. Contractors don’t like coming into a build that someone else has started. Isaias was open and understood how long it has been for this relatively small ADU. Bottomline they got in, got to work, and finished it off! Thank you, Isaias and Jackie!"

"The job was done right, good communication, left the working space clean. It took a little longer than expected. More expensive than expected."

They are the real deal."
