"Nazar and his team are exceptional. After a massive flood caused the ceiling in my kitchen and foyer to collapse just a week into my tenant moving in, I was in a tough spot. This happened right after two months of extensive renovations, making it an especially stressful situation. I initially feared finding a contractor would be challenging since my previous one was out of the country. He set up a time between our schedules to build my spiral staircase and replace a window with a vent. He arrived on time and completed the job beyond my satisfacon. "Quite honestly, I could not be happier! I hired LCA to replace the roof and the work they have done is beautiful and fairly priced. They were here every day they said they would be, on time, and worked hard. Also, Carlos' communication has been terrific. He kept me updated all along the way. On top of all that (which is a lot), they are the most kind, most professional men I've ever hired.
