"Courteous, honest, professional, excellent company. Goes above and beyond to get repairs done in timely matter even if Chris has to climb up on the roof himself and despite torrential rain then ice and snow storms. Easy communication, answers phone, returns calls the same day. Highly recommend."

"Liberty General Construction was used for an insurance claim. The ceiling had been damaged when a water pipe became loose. One crew cut out the area, and patched it with new wall board. Another crew re-textured the ceiling. A third party painted. The work moved quickly. Greg stayed in constant touch with us. I'm very satisfied. I would use them again for household repairs and contracting needs. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"<br /> The project went without problem. He was punctual, kept in contact with the general contractor, and stopped in between visits just to make certain all was going as he expected in the work leading up to and following his part. When we mentioned we needed a painter he was able to provide one for us at a very fair price, unmatched to the excellent quality of the work. He always made certain that anyone associated with his project was courteous, professional, and considerate of us and our home."

"Reliable Building Services were very professional and courteous when it came to our home addition. They took their time to make sure everything was done correctly and went out of their way to fix prior mistakes from other contractors. The owner David was just a phone call away and although a busy man, would be able to meet with us within an hour. We are very pleased with the work they have done and would hire them for all of our building needs."

"I couldn't afford him. I am sure he does a good job, but it was just too high price. He was delightful. He is quite a family man. He quoted around $3500 for the job. I can't get hold of the door I bought. I bought the door for $800 and it is still sitting at the store. I can't get it back home. My dog's insurance won't pay his claims and I am flat and busted. I thought he does an excellent job. He was really quick. He was here on time. I was quite impressed with him until he gave me the amount. He quoted for the installation and labor. I felt it was a little too much."

"That job went fine. I called them again this in the spring for a repair on my front porch which would be followed by window replacements and vinyl siding replacement. Everything was dependent on a specific timeline and one person doing his job at the appropriate time. The porch guy never showed. Neither did anybody come to check to see if he ever showed. Nobody called to check either. <br /> Finally on Friday afternoon, I called the Project Manager and told him that the guy had never shown up and informed him of my extreme displeasure. I then fired them. <br /> Saturday morning, the porch guy showed up with a bizarre story involving arrests, court dates, and Homeland Security. I was not impressed. He did not convince me to give the rest of the group a chance because I STILL needed someone to fix my porch. Furthermore, the Project Manager was as much at fault because he had not done his job in checking on the guy. <br /> iI was extremely disappointed in RRR the second time around because they did such a good job he first time. I don't know if the difference was because this wasn't an insurance job or what. However, the thought has occurred to me that I have NOT been under my house, so I really don't know if they've done the work or not. I don't know what it looks like under my house now. I'm taking their word for it that the mold is gone. I won't know until the termite guy or AC guy comes and crawls under the house. <br /> But I, in good conscience, would not recommend using them. <br />"

"Excellent service.  Brandon installed electrical service to our vacant lot.  He worked with the electric company to get everything completed.  When power was turned on but we didn't have electricity, he sent someone out during a storm to get everything working.  We will definitely be using this company when we start building our house. <br />"

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Dandridge, TN

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
