"Innovative Restorations repaired and remodeled our master bath and it was truly a great experience. We had used another contractor and it was a disaster (all of the previous work had to be completely redone). Dean helped us make a plan to fix single thing and he was so reassuring. Keenan, Whit, and JT did the work of repair and installation and they were respectful, clean, and skilled. They always double checked to make sure we were on the same page and were happy to explain anything. It was such a great experience and I would definitely recommend them."

"Very professional installers that performed task of walk-in shower downstairs and new tub/shower upstairs. The job took two days and was started on the estimated 12th week after sale. Seem to be very high quality units and a very good warranty. Friends and family have told me I paid way too much for the total package but I hope I can recoup the expense if I ever sell the house."

"The work was completed in a timely manner. It looks wonderful - clean lines between trim and wall, no drips or spill on the hardwood floors or bathroom/kitchen cabinets or counters. Lighting installed without issue."

"Got West Shore home to do a bathtub to shower conversion. Really happy with the finished product and how it all looks. Beg thumbs up to Mandy and Nathan for all their hard work to get it done and itâ s beautiful."

"They were quick to respond and arrived the next morning and talked through the options and were able to replace the water heater. Very friendly and professional."

"Joe is an awesome installer. We remodeled our bathroom and Joe installed the glass doors in our bathroom. He did an amazing job. Also he stands behind what he does. He came back and adjusted the doors and handles on the door after we had used it for over a year in an expeditious time frame. He is pleasant and very easy to work with. Highly recommend him."
