"I called Greg at 8:15 AM and he said he could be at my home at 9:30 AM (same day), he arrived on time and immediately went to work. He cleared the drain and then made sure it was working correctly. He was courtious and very professional. He also gave me several suggestions on how to keep all my drains clean and clear so I would not need to call him because of problems that can be avoided. "I would use this service again if I could afford the full price, and that's why the 'B' overall .  The other reason I rank them a 'B' on professionalism, and this is true of many kinds of repair/remodel people that come into your home, is their boots are dirty from other jobs, etc., and they don't put covers on them or take them off. So that is a general comment, not just this service.  Once they've cleaned a drain, they are standing in the shower running water to make sure everything works, what do you think is going to happen next? The floors and carpets get dirty from the wet, dirty boots and then it's clean up time for you.  That's exactly what happened.  My hallway carpet has to replaced because of a bathroom remodel. Be sure to ask them when they arrive, most have the boot covers in their trucks. Otherwise they are professional.  <br />"

"It went very well. I was absolutely satisfied. I am very glad I took the time to research companies and found them. I can't recall the name of the woman who was first to come to the house but she was exactly on time, very nice, and professional. I had no idea what I was supposed to be doing or the process and told her that. She educated me and didn't make me feel stupid. She clearly knew what she was doing. The guys arrived shortly after to carry all the wet stuff from the basement into the garage. They were great. I can't believe how hard and how long they worked. They were very nice guys and super hard workers. John, the owner, was very generous and willing to answer questions, to explain the process, and he showed (on time and when expected) until the job was done and the basement walls were testing as dry. John also assisted in getting a large dumpster for the carpet and ruined furniture, books, and other stuff; and cleared it with our insurance. I didn't feel like I had to be in the house when they were there. They really did help relieve the stress of the situation and did the job very well. I was able to just turn it over to them. I don't know what the cost was because I don't have the information from the insurance company."

"While doing laundry, we noticed that the top of the dryer was beginning to rust.  One day we discovered why when a torrential downpour occurred inside the basement.  We traced the leak to the second story bathroom and specifically the blender for the shower head.  Keith came by explaining he didn't have the time to repair it at that moment but found the fixture to be virtually antique and recommended a replacement and where we could locate it and stated he would return the next day and do the full repair.  Sure enough the next day he returned and performed the task cutting out and replacing the blender, shower head and faucet.  The amazing thing was that apparently we had been having pressure issues with that shower since moving in five years before and attributed it to an old house.  After the blender replacement, the pressure was like everyone else has and was no longer a trickle we had to run around under to get wet.  Great Great Job! <br />"
