"Excellent results. Chris is very conscientious and capable. Went out of his way to secure additional materials for the job, and to devise a simple solution for the water hammer valves."

"Chris did an excellent job and cleaned up after the work was complete"

"From consultation to finish, Jane and Brandon were very helpful and persistent on their job. Tite they installed are still looking new after 6 years."

"

Four different options were provided, from replacing a leaking faucet to replacing the sink and faucet, with prices for each.

I choose to replace the sink and have a new faucet installed.

The work was documented and completed on schedule.  I'm very happy with the results.

"Flash Painters was able to work within our budget and was very respectful of our facility all the while providing A+ service. The crew that came here was great and it was a pleasure working with Priscilla and her crew. I HIGHLY recommend Flash Painters to anyone they are AWESOME!"

"I needed to fix a section of foundation that hadn't been done correctly and these guys were great. The quote was fast and competitive and they came in on budget. They were very helpful in answering questions during the project and cleaned up everything when they left. Looks great and I would definitely work with them again."

"Highly recommend them. Every step along way was positive! Bill responded immediately to calls, very helpful with questions and reachable by Cell for follow-up. Arrived on time and very professional. We had a plumbing drainage problem; one plumber had visited and felt our exterior drain pipe may have been cracked just outside foundation. Once Callahan excavated the ground open, pipe was not cracked by foundation. Bill showed us one joint to be repaired/adjusted and suggested us hiring a drain cleaning company anticipating tree roots. (Next we hired drain company who got through backup and along with video, found tree roots got through seam but thankfully no cracks in pipe.) With the joint adjusted, we can better monitor if future backup. During project Callahan also secured plywood over area to protect from rain; locked area was not accessible to public. When we called to schedule completion, in spite of us being a small job - again Callahan was available quickly to return. During second visit and refilling, they went above and beyond in also removing and disposing some scraps that were in ground. Thanks again! Highly recommend their services!

"On time, Knows his job well. Replaced my old toilet"

"Todd was wonderful to work with. He arranged for the electrical and plumbing work that needed to be done. He had the old cabinets removed in a day and within a few days the new ones were in. When he left at the end of the day everything was cleaned up and he arrived when he said he would. I will definitely use his services again."

"We took out the old tiles, removed the toilet and baseboards, and bought the tile before they came to do the installation. The work was done on 9-01-16. When I went to wash off the remaining haze a couple of days later, I discovered that the tiles were two different shades. It was obvious when they were on the floor. The person doing the installation should have seen this. We think he did but, since he didn't speak any English, might not have known how to communicate that to us. We called Pacific Stone & Tile and they said that they would come and replace the tiles that needed to be replaced. We could not match either shade of tile and had to buy two more boxes with a different shade number. Twice an appointment was made and canceled. The third one, 9-26-16, was kept and they redid the whole floor with the new tile. Before they started, all of the tiles were laid out on the garage floor to check for any variations. We had to buy the material to install the tiles, but they did not charge for any additional labor. The floor was checked before they left and everything looks fine. Tomorrow I will wash down the tiles to remove any haze and we can start thinking about getting everything back together again."
