"I called and described my problem, and Marvin said it would just take a few hours to fix. He was very flexible with his time. He works out of his home, which is fairly close to me, so I dropped it off and picked it up a few hours later. The $75 fee was considerably less than when I took another laptop to a computer repair store nearby about a year ago. Marvin did not reload all of the original software that came on my dell because he said that they put on a bunch of stuff that you really don't need. When I began working with the computer after I got it back, I did find one program that had not been reloaded that I needed.
