"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"Went to store front on saturday to look at sample railings. Staff was very helpful. Gave me some catalogues to take home and an appointment for Tuesday for an estimate. On Tuesday Jeff called and said he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come an hour earlier. Came and showed us some examples and discussed how certain railings would look and what our steps could "handle". Made our selection and got an install date for 2 weeks later. At 9am on 11/12 Alex and his associate showed up and got to work. The two men were professional and meticulous about what they were doing. It seeemed as thought they were installing the railings on their own home. When they were done they cleaned the area so it looked like the railings were always there. The finished work is perfect and we are thrilled that we chose Fence Depot.

"OUTSTANDING!!!!! Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional!! The men they sent to do the actual install were clearly hard working and competent. With the exception of a brief lunch break, these guys worked non-stop........and this was a 3 day job!! There was no fooling around, talking on cell phones, etc. And the finished product was far superior to what had been installed 20 years ago by a different fence company. "I'm particularly critical of anyone I pay to do a job and not get what I paid for. It's just rude, disrespectful and all those things. I believe in treating others as you would want to be treated. Ripping people off, in my humble opinion, is a form of abuse.
Of course, we're dealing with a business transaction here. Not a friend or relative helping me move my refrigerator to a relative's house. So you just don't know what you're gonna get. Isn't that why you're supposed to withhold payment until the job is done?
 Don't want to get into all the boring details, but there's a reason Central Jersey Removal's ratings are what they are: These guys earned them. Every last detail was attended to removing the refrigerator (including taking apart the door and drawers and the re-assembly) and delivering it to the requested destination and placing it in the house exactly where I wanted.
