The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."

"Called as I suspected potential mold. They were out the next morning to get it tested. Confirmed a few days later it was bad mold, explained the job and what was next. Worked around my schedule and came on time and completed the work promptly. The section of wall where the mold was looks good as new and the workers were great to deal with. "The company sent a packet with instructions to provide samples from two sites. We returned these in the Priority envelope provided. Within a few days we received an evaluation of the mold. It does not appear to be a serious problem. I would have graded this work higher if the company had provided general guidelines for remediating the problem. We were relieved to find the problem not serious, but would have appreciated more clarity, such as a simple page outlining safe and unsafe do-it-yourself procedures materials materials. (Suggestions I found online, such as whether to use vinegar, bleach, etc., were sometimes confusing, even contradictory.)"
