"Joe, the owner of JD Michael Construction, and his crews are top-notch. When we embarked on a very personal new construction project - the building of a tiny house on our property for a family member - Joe was the first and only contractor that we interviewed, as we felt comfortable with his knowledge, skill, and fair pricing at our first meeting. (It helped that he also came highly recommended by a trusted friend.) Joe’s honesty and integrity were evident from the beginning, and his knowledge and skill in building and coordinating new construction shone through the project every step of the way. Joe hired specialized crews who shared the same attention to detail that he has, resulting in a solidly-built and beautifully-finished structure that not only met every need of our family member, but also added to the aesthetic of our property. New construction is a stressful and long process, but Joe walked us through every step of the way with patience, skill, creativity, and solid understanding of permits, codes, and inspections. I highly recommend JD Michael Construction."

"Excellent - an outstanding job. The owner (Gary) did the initial estimate (which was the best of five contractors). A very professional and efficient crew started and completed the job on time with no issues. I will definitely include Perryhall Remodeling for all of my future home improvement projects."

"Daryl did an amazing job on our kitchen remodel. His work is perfect. Daryl always goes over and beyond to ensure you are happy with the work performed. As I added on more and more items I wanted done after the kitchen remodel, Daryl also completed numerous projects on our main level. I appreciate Daryl and all of the work he has done to accommodate the additional requests. He is truly a professional, communicates throughout the project and I would recommend him to everyone. He is the BEST!!!"

"VKB far exceeded out expectations for our new kitchen design and installation; as well as, the resurfacing and stain/varnish to my existing floors and stairs. My wife and I are very pleased with the final outcome. Money was well spent. Base on our experience, I would not hesitate to recommend their services again. Jack and Suzanne McClinton."

"After a bad windstorm, we experienced some damage to our the exterior of our home. We called Kevin at Taylor Made to repair the outside of our windows, some siding and a few roofing shingles. They did a great job of matching the existing colors. Chris and Doug were very polite, friendly, arrived on time and cleaned up daily. They were a pleasure to work with and made sure that I was 100% percent happy with everything. I appreciate the prompt service and attention to detail that I get every time I call Kevin. We have used Taylor Made for years and will continue to do so."

"I highly recommend TMS Commercial Builders. I had an unfinished basement completely remodeled. Ted is very personable and listens to what you want. Ted is very detailed oriented. Ted and his crew are very approachable during each phase of construction. Ted and his crew are very polite and respectful to you , your family and your property. Any change to the original plans are address immediately. The finish product is exactly as planned and discussed with Ted. There are no surprises. What you want is what you will get. My project was completed ahead of schedule and with no changes in budget. I will use TMS in all future projects."

"I was not there when the work was done, but their job seems thorough andthey followed up. I would rate thme as reliable and I planned to have them do some additional work."

"The installation crew did a great job. They removed the old siding, wrapped the house and installed new insulated vinyl siding. The only problem was that they ran short on material twice which added a day to the project."

"Springline is a top notch company. We have used them for multiple projects over the last 10 years and will continue to do so. We had our first floor including kitchen remodeled within the last year they went above and beyond - 5 stars The job is done professionally on time every time. Highly recommended"
