"Had a  previous bad experience with another appliance company, Abbbaa Repair.  AllStarr Repair was the on the opposite end of the service spectrum.  Repairmen showed up on a sat at no extra charge. Appt window was from 1-5pm and they arrived around 4:30. Service and repairmen attitude was professional and efficient. I did explain the problem with my oven over the phone when setting up the appointment, so they showed up with the proper replacement part. Will most likely use them again"
