"My slate roof (from 1943) developed major leaks after a summer of intense rain. I had interviewed two or three other roofing companies before I saw Homelife's TV commercial, and on a whim I called the toll free number. I spoke to a nice lady who was able to schedule an in-home estimate for the very next day. That was impressive enough (all the other roofing companies had me wait a week or two just for an estimator), but when Holden Clark showed up on time the next day and explained the entire roof replacement process to me, methodically and thoroughly, I was even more impressed. What really sealed the deal was when Holden moved heaven and earth to keep the project on a fast track toward completion. Miguel's crew of five hard-working guys showed up on the appointed date and got to work right away. Very fast and extremely Knowledgeable-I really like the fact that they focus only on roofing and they just they didn’t just come out and inspect the air my roof water was leaking inside the interior they went inside to actually see the water stain to see exactly what needs to be repaired. "A+ for ethics and professionalism. The repair on our old and non-standard roof was tricky and ultimately didn't last (roof leaked within 14 months). However, when the owner was contacted (he's busy so it took a while) he came out personally and arranged for an alternative fix to the roof. The owner, Dave Garner, did this at no charge, without being asked. We still don't know if we have a permanent solution but we're really impressed with Dave and the company's business practices. We would be pleased to use them for any future roofing repairs (although we hope we don't have any!)."

Most other businesses have put me on hold, worked on their time, charged a service fee just for coming out, neglected to follow up with how satisfying their product and their installation/fix worked for us. A couple of days ago, after a few weeks of strong gusts of wind, the owner himself, Matt, came out to fully inspect, find the plausible cause, and stayed to fix the damage caused by mother nature's force impaling a branch thru a softer part of the roof. Neither Matt nor Ms. Edwards hesitated for one second in the fact that the rest of their teams were tied up, and came out immediately per what my employment schedule allowed for. As stated previously, I highly recommend not to overlook this company when it comes to work that they verbally state they will handle, and on time; they back up the talk with the most professional personnel and satisfying results. None of them have ever mentioned nor even tried to add any additional hidden, mysterious, or additional charges, and were more than willing to see things are done right the first time."

"He did a real good job of cleaning up. He has a helper and he always works with him. He does not put him on the job and come back and check later. He did a good job and he was supposed to give me an estimate on repairing of the wall. He was honest and hardworking and that is why i went with me. I am concerned about matching colors on my roof and he paid details to that. My brother said however they had not fill up a couple of ports on the roof. He thought they over looked it other than that he did a good job."
