We talked about this issue as they started their standard maintenance procedure on all doors they are called to; even down to replacing the light bulbs!! The crew diagnosed that the springs needed adjusting. It worked much better. We talked about the bracing of the opener itself. I felt that it was not as sturdy as it should be. I had the materials handy so they made it a lot more sturdy. It was so much quieter. I was very impressed with the crew as they worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done correctly.
