"We are absolutely thrilled with the bathroom remodels performed by Construction as Investment, LLC. We needed to remodel two of our three bathrooms. The two bathrooms are of moderate size, yet we had received estimates ranging from $25-$50,000, which seemed extreme. We then saw the big deal the company was offering for a full bathroom remodel for $5,000 and purchased two of the big deals after researching and finding good reviews on their work.



Vitaly was the project manager and he took the time to answer our questions and provided good suggestions for a few tricky details in our spaces. He also provided all of the needed measurements and instructions so we could confidently go and pick out all of the materials we wanted to use. This was especially helpful with the tile since my wife and I have never done a project with tile before and weren't experts by any means at understanding what to look for and what we would need. Before and during the remodels, I primarily communicated with Vitaly by texting and he was always prompt in responding. This method of communicating was quick and efficient and made it easy to keep the work moving.



Viktor is the companies "bathroom guy" and is an amazing craftsman and hard worker. He actually did both bath remodels all on his own, yet completed the work quicker than the time estimates we had gotten from the other companies that had given us estimates. And it wasn't from cutting corners, etc. Instead, Viktor's work was outstanding. Our city inspector even remarked about the high quality of workmanship on the remodels. Viktor is a very kind, quite and honorable individual. Because we had two bathroom remodels, Viktor spent a fair amount of time in our home and he really felt like a friend by the time the remodels were complete. We were actually sad when the remodels were finished because it meant we wouldn't see him anymore. When has anyone ever said that about someone working in their home? Our nanny homeschools our youngest daughter, so they and our dog were around the house each day with Viktor. He was always friendly to them and they enjoyed seeing him each day.



About a month after the remodels were complete, we had a crack in the grout in the corner of one of the showers. I texted Vitaly and he made arrangements for Viktor to stop back over one evening and make the repair. There was no hassle in resolving the issue and it was nice to see their commitment to doing the right thing even after the work is over and they've been paid.



We had a tremendous experience with this company and would highly recommend them to others looking for a company that does good work and stands behind it.

"Ben is a fabulous customer service guy...friendly, helpful, professional, even for my never ending questions.  My bathroom was a little bigger than the one listed in the Big Deal, and he broke down the additional prices in a detailed way.  I had originally scheduled the remodel to start in March, but changed it to April and there were no complaints from him.  I took the day off work and the demo started on the day it was scheduled.  It had been guesstimated that it would take a litle more than 2 weeks.  I wasn't the best at having all the fixtures ordered by the time the project started (who knew that you had to order a bathtub online?),  so I take some responsibility for it having taken longer.  I did think 5 weeks was a little excessive, especially with not having another working toilet on the main floor. "Service was good, selection of LVP flooring is better than many other flooring stores (although I thought their carpet selection could have been larger). The best part of my experience was the installer. His name is Lane and he did a fantastic job. Two parts of the job were very tricky 1) we have a field stone fireplace and the hearth is irregular shaped rocks. Lane was able to cut the LVP flooring just right to work around those rock. 2) our laundry room has a few large appliances, water heater, water softer, and water pump, that could not be moved in order to place flooring underneath the. Lane was able to cut circles so that the flooring butts up to the appliances, no gaps and again did a great job. Lane showed up on time and showed up on the appointed days unlike a lot of other contractors we have worked with. You can tell that his reputation matters to him and his aim is to have a satisfied customer. If you get flooring here ask for Lane to be your installer!"
