"We recently had Mega Power Electric Inc install a solar system and panels. The President and provided excellent communication all the way through the process. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. "First off, Sid was available to work on the weekend, and in my case, that meant I did not have to take time off work for the visit. Sid installed two drapery rods above sliding glass doors and two above windows, all in the same room. He paid attention to detail as well as to exactly what I wanted. One of the sliding glass doors is adjacent to a window and I wanted the rods to look like there are continuous. Sid made sure they were level, perfectly aligned, and touching. He also patched several holes in my walls and ceiling, some large. He redid one of the patches because he felt it wasn't done right the first time. Then he gave me a break on the price to compensate for the job taking longer than it could have. One of the old drapery rods he took down was 14 feet long and I was worried that the garbage company would not collect it because of the size. Sid cut it down into several chunks for me so I could easily dispose of it. He did all this cheerfully. He showed up on time and was tidy. All in all, a very positive experience.

-I received a fair and honest quote from Michael and chose to use his company (it was the middle of 3 quotes I solicited...ALL were higher than I anticipated).
-My house had not been properly painted in decades and needed a lot of preparation prior to the actual painting.  Michael's primary painter, Pedro, did a phenomenal job preparing my house for the actual paint job.  My house is about 1100 sq. feet and Pedro worked steadily for 3 solid weeks power-washing, hand-sanding, caulking and sealing my house.  I was not in a hurry to have the paint job done (after ALL these years) so I appreciated the time and care Pedro took with my house.  Michael asked if I preferred to have Pedro work alone of if I wanted a larger crew.  I really appreciated the work Pedro was doing and chose to simply let him take the time to do the job correctly.
-Pedro took great care every day to collect and remove any debris/old paint that was removed from my house.  This was important to me as I have a dog that could have ingested old paint etc. 
-After all the preparation the house was primed and painted.  Michael was very helpful with color suggestions.  I am 100% pleased with the colors I selected.
-I also chose to paint my door.  The first attempt was less than stellar so we decided on a different approach which worked beautifully.  I enjoy the pop of color on my door every time I come home  :)
-After all the work was done I took a couple of days to check out the house and make sure I was absolutely pleased with the final product.  I had a couple of small changes I wanted to make, discussed them with Michael and then they went ahead and did them.  Michael also suggested some final detail work. 
-I was/am 100% pleased with the work that was completed.  It is clear that customer satisfaction is important to Michael.  He is easy to communicate and talk to.
-several of my neighbors are very impressed by the work that was done and have asked for this company's info.

"We are so happy with his work!  The shower is wonderful, tiles look great, and he even put in detail in the shower!  We also chose a hexagon 1 inch tile for the floor and he did a great job lining them up and grouting them evenly.  He was professional, cleaned up every day, listened to what we wanted as well as offering suggestions, and got the job done on-time and on-budget.  We will definitely call Dragan for our next project!

"Due to a storm and fallen tree my electricity was out all day and when it came back on the GFI receptacle was not working. I had pressed the red button to reset it several times with no luck. I called Joseph late Monday afternoon and he was able to fit me in the next afternoon. He was punctual and very friendly and professional. He pressed the the red button on the GFI and it reset just fine. I guess a women's touch wasn't working in this situation... He was so kind and said that he would not charge me for coming out. What a nice gesture on his part!!! I did tip him though. Needless to say I have saved him to my favorites!!"
