This was no small task as we removed part of one wall and removed a pass-through closet; however, in one week they were able to install 2 bathtubs and tub to ceiling wall system, a shower and floor to ceiling wall system, plus all the ceiling and wall drywall fixes necessary. The materials come from the great state of Texas and feel solid. There is a franchise in South Dakota now, which made the process so easy. The sub-contractor was very detailed oriented and a perfectionist, what every homeowner needs for a bathroom area, where water can cause some expensive issues. The local salesperson/co-owner is intimately involved in the whole process. At this point the project has been done for 2 days and we are very happy. Additional updates may be made as time goes."

"We purchased the unlimited consultation package. Amanda is very friendly and professional. We struggled because we were looking for someone to consult with out of the box ideas. Once she understood our vision she could move forward, but innovation was not her strength. We paid an additional amount for drawings. These were detailed, and while not all changes were made as requested, we were able to get some value from them. In hindsight, I would not pay $99 for drawings. Any cabinet retailer will do these for you for free, which I did not know until afterwards. The company wants you to spend time telling them about your style, which ours is Country French. The first cabinet rendition we received was black expresso. We did a complete kitchen tear out so this may work fine for smaller jobs or if you have done this before. It just didn't work for us with distance and what we needed. I was able to find someone locally that sold the cabinets we wanted and she was a wealth of information and things moved much faster. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.   <br /> Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs. <br />"
