He called the next week, as promised, and said he would be out the next day. He came out with a helper and within a little more than an hour they had the fan out of the box, assembled, a hole in the ceiling with braces installed in the attic, wires run down the wall to the outlet and a new wall switch installed for the fan/light. "Amazing. Not only were they kind and punctual but they were very accommodating. We had the project started by another electrician who did nothing to code and royally messed up the whole house. They came in to an absolute mess and fixed everything in the time frame that was estimated while accommodating to our schedules.
