"The service tech was great, but cost was way too high. $512 to replace two GFCI receptacles after a diagnosis of the electric panel and the circuits. Could have been much much higher if I had agreed to all the other “recommended add-on services and equipment” this company offered. Also requested a quote for installation of an EV charging unit. Nearly $5,800! Got a second quote from another company - $1,326. Guess which quote I accepted. But, as I said, the tech was great - friendly, very knowledgeable, thorough, respectful. But beware the high cost."

Russell Ridgway was the primary mechanic and he was amazing! His work is superior and he exceeded my expectations every step of the way. For example, I needed electrical outlets to connect install a wet bar. He measured the wet bar and installed the outlets exactly where they were needed and ensured sufficient power was added to accommodate a kegerator and mini-frigs. "Cost: $411.00 I had an electrical surge which cracked the ceramic of an old light fixture in my utility room. The surge also tripped an outdoor electrical outlet, and it couldn't be reset. Michael was very professional and quickly diagnosed the problems. After his price quote, I had him replace the light fixture and the outdoor outlet. Had another power surge the next day.
