"My dryer was making loud noises. I called them and got a same-day appointment. They looked at and listened to the dryer, and recommended against repairing the dryer; the repair would cost more than the dryer is worth (it is a very old dryer) and might not fix things well. I was charged only the visit fee. I appreciate a repair service that could make a repair but recommends against it when they believe it is not the right thing to do."
