"Overall, we had a great experience and are very happy with our new deck. The quality of the work is excellent, and it was completed much faster than we expected. You can tell he takes pride in his craftsmanship, and the finished product turned out exactly how we had hoped. The only area that could have been better was communication during the project. There were times when we weren't sure what the next steps or timeline were, but it wasn't a major issue and the work continued to move along quickly. In the end, the quality and speed of the build outweighed that small drawback. "I will definitely recommend Tyler. Being this was his first complete pole barn build, it turned out excellent. 36' x 63' x 14' high. I had set the poles previously and discovered that my math is not as good as it used to be. I helped some but we had to reset the posts, and everything was down to 1/16". We had some major projects to do in our yard and initially reached out to multiple companies requesting bids on building a 40 x 10 foot pergola, repairing a cedar fence and staining another major structure in our yard. She also requested a list of the new appliances we had already ordered to ensure correct measurements for the countertops and to get a good countertop match. In addition to visiting the Plymouth showroom, we also toured other facilities as recommened to see a larger selection of modern counter replacement products and kitchen sinks and faucets. The proposals were sent ahead of time and reviewed 1:1. Working within our budget was respected and the payment process was fair. Dave, the manager, was on site during installations, communicated easily with the workers, and he was onsite to check the work on completion. In tandem, Dani, the project manager coordinated the schedules for plumbing, electrical, and kitchen counter backsplash measuring, ordering product and installations. Great team work.
