Klingbeil was completely professional and great to work with. When issues came up as they always do in a project of any size, they were able to deal with them. For instance, there was a rotted section of wall where the anchor for the old deck had been. Paul's team replaced the rotted section within the time and cost of the original bid. Their entire crew was courteous and respectful. Every night they cleaned up the job site. With two curious 11-year olds the minimal amount of construction debris was greatly appreciated. The 3-season room we ended up with is an amazing space. Paul took the concept we game him and created a high quality addition that is fun to be in. When the crew arrived, Matt introduced himself and was very willing to answer any questions we had during the process. They made sure to have any exposed portions of the roof covered thoroughly (in case of rain) when they left at the end of their day. We were very appreciative of how they covered up our landscaping with tarps. We enjoyed working with this crew. They worked very hard and completed the project in a timely fashion and the new roof looks great."
