He installed a product called enduroshield (sp?). It works as promised. Water beads right off of tile and grout, it's amazing to watch. They went above and beyond by coordinating the installation of several appliances at one time even though the company we purchased from said we couldn't do that. Michelle, the office manager, was wonderfully helpful in the coordination of everything, and their installers, Oakly and Jordan, did an amazing job of installing all the appliances and took the time to explain the operation to us. "Daren was very nice to work with, starting with the bid process and continuing throughout the job. He was very responsive and concerned about our satisfaction with the work. The price was very reasonable for all that work on 30 windows and other side projects. The windows look much better and it really brightens up the house even though we decided not to paint the stucco. Overall, I am happy with the quality of the work. We had a few issues along the way, which seems to happen with any house project. Issues included some problems with clean up and some damage to lawn and plants. There also could have been better communication when the start date was delayed. However, any time that there was a problem Daren worked hard to fix it. He is a very honest guy and easy to work with. He included some free work to compensate for the issues that arose. Despite the few hiccups, with the quality of the work I give the overall experience an ''A''."

"Difficult job - in hind-sight, both doors should have been replaced. Original bid was for replacement of one of the doors and repair of the other.  The repairman decided to attempt repair of both doors.

"Larry did an absolute fabulous job with everything, especially the install of the screen door.  The opening was less than perfect but Larry made sure the door fit to perfection.  He was also able to fix the soffit so it's now back in place and replaced the piece of siding so it should not come down again.  

Larry also was able to give me a bid to finish a bathroom project that I've started and am unable to complete on my own.  The bid is extremely reasonable and Larry and I decided he'll be back to do the job this Fall.  I can't wait and know he'll do an equally a great job as all the others he's completed already."
