As the tear out was happening, one member of the teams was taking care of the duct work changes in our attic. All in it was full day, but so far, two days later we are super happy. "We selected Blair Heating and Cooling to install a Trane Mini-split ductless AC system in our historic 100 year old house. The system has two compressors and a total of 6 indoor units. From the start, Greg Blair and his team went out of their way in suggesting ways to accomplish exactly what we wanted. His team sought our feedback on every decision made right down to the routes the outside lines took to make sure they were as integrated as possible. Even though the job was difficult as our house is a three-story brick house with terra cotta blocks in the walls and metal where you would think metal shouldn't be, all of them remained positive, helpful and really excellent. I can’t recommend Blair any higher. This is the second job they have done for us and they are definitely our only choice!!"

"Wells performed a furnace inspection.  In their inspection of the furnace the discovered a PVC pipe that was leaking due to the original installer using silicone instead of PVC glue!  If they would not have discovered this, our furnace life would have had a short life.
