"I just had a new walk-in shower installed and had already contracted for laminate flooring to be installed in two bathrooms by a flooring company. I mainly needed a plumber to install two new toilets and faucets. I also needed someone to remove a vanity top and install a new top that I had already purchased. Even though this was a piecemeal project and precise scheduling was critical, Lacey gave me a fair price and I am very happy with the results. He advised me every step of the way so there were no surprises. He did not charge extra for additional toilet hardware needed nor did he charge to do a little extra caulking to beautify another existing vanity top and shower stall. Lacey's eye for detail made me confident that I received excellent service at a fair price. The workers were diligent in not causing any damage to the work already done and thoroughly cleaned and removed all debris, including the old toilets and the packaging from the new vanity and toilets."

"Juan and his crew did an excellent job. They were thrown a curve ball with our flooring transition to the living room but it turned out great. They were very efficient in their work. He always asked if there was anything else he could do for us. I would rate the communication between Jason and us as average to slightly below average. My biggest hang up with the whole process was how we got the final invoice. I would suggest if you add or change anything in the scope of work you get a price of the change or add at that time. I feel we paid 2 times as much as we should?ve but since we didn?t require a cost before we said yes I guess that?s on us. I?m not one to haggle over cost. I?ll pay it but I may not be a return customer."
