After we came to a mutual agreement, I appreciated the way he structured our contract to include progress payments based on the completion of various work phases and not on specific dates. He remodeled my kitchen by performing many tasks such as tearing out the old kitchen; installing new flooring, cabinets; LED can lights, a new garbage disposal, an over-the-range microwave oven, and backsplash; building floating shelves; relocating a ceiling fan; and re-connecting all appliances. When challenges arose because of a faulty design by another firm, Rob was quick to provide thoughtful alternative methods to overcome the design flaws. He worked diligently throughout the process, rarely stopping to eat lunch. Finally, when the work was completed, Rob did a fantastic job of removing machine dust from the exterior of the cabinets, the backsplash, large appliances, and the flooring. The kitchen was so gleaming and beautiful that I didn’t want to use it for a few days. All discarded cabinet boxes and other debris were removed in an orderly manner. "I recommend Clover Creek Construction to every single person. John was the first to return my phone call for a quote even though he knew it was going to be a smaller job. He listened to exactly what I said I wanted done and stuck to my budget while others tried to sell me on more expensive options- for reference, one other person told me that I was looking at an entire gut job and quoted me $15,000. John promptly sent me the quote and (in October) scheduled our bathroom renovation to begin on January 18. I anticipated that this would mean an approximate start date in the end of January, but John and Brett arrived exactly on time on January 18th.
