"I did not know the exact reason the chimney leaked. There had been roofing and a rebuild of the chimney and it still leaked. He came and cleaned it and suggested a chimney cap. It was a large rectangular three stack chimney so it needed a custom top. It was made, installed and hasn't leaked since. <br />"

They were very thorough and methodical, taking the chimneys down, cleaning the bricks, and rebuilding the chimneys to code and repairing my fireplace. At the end of each day, Vasiliy made sure everything was secure before he left. During a weekend with a windstorm followed by record rainfall he called the first day to ask if there were any problems (there weren't) and, the second day, he came over and went up on the roof to make sure all was well. I'm very happy with the finished product and with Pacific Chimney's work process. I expect to call them in the future for other projects."
