"Joe is great - showed up on time every day, was efficient and informative. He completed a re-pipe of our entire house, from polybutylene to PEX piping. Pricing was spot on from estimate and job was completed on time. He replaced and repaired all drywall that he had to cut open also. He even took extra time out of his day (for free!) and built a step for our garage door after I mentioned it was "on the list eventually". Joe shrugged it off like no big deal, but it was a big deal to us and we have commented on it a number of times since he left :) We will definitely hire Joe again for any future plumbing/repair needs and are very glad to have found him as a service provider."

"Excellent! I needed help replacing an exhaust hood for the stove. The box it came in said easy to install but not for me! So I called them Saturday evening and someone came the next morning, great customer service line and very efficient. They gave me detailed information on whoâ s coming and when. The gentleman that came (Danny) has wonderful Customer service and is extremely helpful. He gave me advice on what to look for in the future to prevent any electrical fires. Very well mannered and explained every cost so I know Iâ m not being over charged and didnâ t leave till the job was completely done and I was satisfied with his work. "The price was really excessive. I was charged nearly $250 to replace the innards of the tank, which I could have done myself. They repaired the valve on the water supply, which caused the leak, but then said I should replace the flapper and the other thing in there. I should have asked about the price of that. That was not critical and had I known the price, I would have said no to that. They were quick to respond and I appreciate that but the charges were really excessive."
