"I had the bottom section of a DP window replaced. Jamie was punctual and polite. Took only thirty minutes from the time he arrived to complete the job. I would have given Goodrich Glass five stars except that the original plastic pieces(30 years old) in the frame were reused, instead of installing new pieces. The strips got damaged when the old glass had to be removed, and didn't look good after Jamie reused them. As a pro, ,Jamie should have known the window needed new strips as he had previously been to my house to provide an estimate. I hope the window doesn't leak water as I'm not confident it is water tight."

"Scheduling was difficult. After several phone calls with no reply, I was able to schedule for 2/23 between 2-4. At 4 I called when no one showed or called. I received a call back and was told that the job previous to mine was delayed. I was given a reschedule date of 2/25 at noon and was told the service would be free and I would receive a refund. <br /> <br />The men arrived on schedule and installed the lights in less than an hour. <br /> <br />The installation and explanation were clear and I am looking forward to having the lights working. <br /> <br />I do not know how or when or if I am going to receive the refund. <br /> <br />There are other things I would like done, but until I have a final answer I will hold off on getting estimates. <br /> <br />I believe AAA does mostly bigger jobs than I need and are more than a handyman service, which is all I really need. But I would use them again. <br />"
