He did not charge me until his worker, John, came out and rehung the door. It works perfectly now, better than when it was first installed. I learned from Mark on his first visit that his business is a kind of handyman service too. In addition to fixing the door, John did some other odd jobs for me. He worked hard and did good work. I was not excited about the caulking job he did, so I took off a 1/2 star for that. I only took off a half star because he did many other jobs and did professional work on the rest. My only other complaint is that on the two occasions John came out, I was told he would be here at 9 am. Both times, Mark contacted me to say he had scheduled John elsewhere first thing in the morning. I appreciate that Mark's communication was good and kept in contact about schedule changes. That is not the norm for contractors, in my experience. I just would have liked for John to be here both days for the FULL day so more could have been accomplished. However, i was only charged for the time he worked, so I can't complain about that. Overall, I would recommend MHK."
