The repair option was less expensive, though not guaranteed to resolve the issue - as a few different things could be the root cause and it may need replaced entirely. I chose to repair it, and thankfully it resolved the issue at very little cost. Grateful to KC Metro Plumbing for following up with us on our inquiry so quickly, and coming out the next day (before freezing temp's outside were forecasted to arrive just 2 days later). I called Plumbline, as they came referred from a friend. They came out the same day and diagnosed the problem in about 20 minutes; it was just a toilet paper clog. It would have been very easy for them to have said it was something more serious, and I know there are companies that do things like this. But Plumbline did only what the job required and Dave was very pleasant to work with. We used a more 'publicized' company right when we moved here, because we didn't know better, to swap out some faucets and toilets...come to find out, they charged double what Plumbline charges for the same work. I strongly recommend you use Plumbline for your plumbing needs."

"We are long-time Anthony’s customers and are on their ASAP plan. We had a list of several electrical projects we needed done: (1) a bedroom wall switch replaced (2) 2 lights added to our basement (3) a kitchen fluorescent fixture re-wired to accept LED lighting (4) a bathroom fan replaced and (5) an outlet with a dedicated circuit installed in our garage for the control box of a sprinkler system. The team of Todd and Tyler arrived at our house at the appointed time and got right to work. All of the work was done very professionally and we are very happy with the result. They were actually able to replace the motor in the old bathroom fan, which was less expensive than replacing the entire fan, and that was fine with us! The invoice was very clear about what work was done and we got a nice discount because we are ASAP members. We have also used Anthony’s for HVAC and plumbing work and are always very satisfied with the work and the professionalism of the Anthony’s employees."

"Very professional. Know what they are doing. Took time to explain every step of the process. Took many pictures. Experienced in working with insurance companies. Kept me informed all the way through the process. Replaced a broken line in the laundry room floor. Had to jack hammer up the concrete, hand dig, and replace pipe, then finish by replacing concrete on floor. They arrived at 9am and were finished by 1pm. The cost did not increase because of the extra effort that was involved due to the drain pipe being only inches away from the water supply line. "Company was called on Weds and had us set up for the next day. Garrett showed up on time and quickly got to work repairing our leaky toilet. At our request, He replaced the old water line that was leaking, reattached the toilet to the floor as well as all of the parts inside the toilet. In addition, we had some wood subflooring around a second toilet that he removed and replaced. All of this was completed quickly and at a reasonable price.
