"It was okay. I didn't see the people. They came, did their work and left. I wanted aerating and over-seeding. I don't know if they had gotten a big response for their advertised price but I felt they came out kind of late and they didn't leave much time for grass to grow in the fall. Actually, I was a little disappointed in how long for them to come out. It was actually later towards the end of October before they actually got here, maybe the second week of October. They were good. There wasn't any additional cost. The price was really good that's why I scheduled the service with them."

"The service provided to me by LS Custom Painting/Carpentry/Lawncare LLC went okay. He was a really nice guy. He got the job done when he said he would, which is good. What I did not like was the quality of the mulch he provided. It was not very nice mulch.

"The job was started by Josh Dunn and Mike on 9/3/2013. We discussed changes to the project with Josh, and I signed off on his contract work agreement. They started by laying down a paper walk way through the house from the garage to the bathroom to avoid tracking debris through the house. Then Josh turned the job over to Mike. Mike was very much about the job, professional, on time and completed the job in 2 and 1/2 days a full half day early. We are very pleased with the work Mike performed, but we never got a chance to tell Josh Dunn that. Upon completion of the work we wrote a check and Mike signed off on the contract agreement. Josh Dunn did not come by to ask if we were happy with the result. We realize this was a relative small job for Dunn Home Improvement, but thought Josh could have secured a number 1 position for future work with us by the simple act of checking back with us upon the completion of the work.

Tom was knowledgeable and quickly determined the cause of the problem, replaced the part and checked to ensure the rest of the system worked. All I had to pay was the $65 per the Choice warranty. Would recommend this buisness to anyone who needs a/c repair."
