"The folks at All Exteriors were VERY good. They answered the first call to them, made an appointment and a representative arrived ahead of time to do the repair work needed. The job could have neen completed withtn three hours of my initial call but the craftsman who was doing the repair did not like the match of his available parts to what was on our home. He said they woyuld make the correct sized piece and replace it for a better appearance to our home. He was right! The repair looks great and they DID NOT charge extra for the making of the new part!"

"I called for an emergency roof repair and spoke to Melissa. She scheduled me for the same day, during the rain. I also asked if she could look in my attic for any damage and mold from my repair last year. Dale came out, within the hour, and fixed the oddly loosened shingles. He also took the time to look around my entire attic, not just the area where the leak had been. Thankfully, i had no leaks, stains or mold. He was professional, polite and punctual. "The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"

"Heavy thunderstorms this year plus Sandy last year.  We started seeing water marks on the ceiling in several rooms, particularly in the living room near the fireplace.  On a Friday afternoon, checked Angie's list called a company that did not return the call, checked the list again and called OC Elite Construction.  Jon came over Saturday, looked on the roof and checked in the attic - found the problem(s) and provided an estimate.  The next day, SUNDAY!, OC Elite came to the house in the morning and completed all the work we needed done.  Thanks to Jon and his crew fro a quick and professional solution.
