"Called on Wednesday 08/17/20 talked with owner Mr. Kamienski. He explained what had to be done and gave me his price over the phone. Said he could come out to do the repairs on Saturday 08/20/20 and was there right on time (actually he was early). When he and his wife arrived they both got right to work. "The guys from 4-Ever Water-Tite were great! Prior to contracting 4-Ever Water-Tite, I had problems with water and excess moisture in my basement. My basement walls were also pushing in laterally. They put in a perimeter drain system and a new sump pump. They also installed steel support beams to support the walls. I am happy to report that it has now been a full year since 4-Ever Water-Tite worked on waterproofing my basement and it has remained dry. I highly recommend this company."

"All I needed was a sump pump replaced. First off, they charge $59.00 for an estimate. They deduct that if they do the job. But still $59.00 for an estimate? They offered me 3 options. The first was over $2000.00!! Remember I only needed a sump pump replaced. I wound up with the cheapest of the 3 estimates and it was $671.52. My last sump pump replacement from a different company was $325.00. Unfortunately I didn't locate that bill until the work was done and with a sump pump time can be very important. "My first contact came with my call to the receptionist who handled my call with a pleasant attitude.
I had some problems with my toilet and I wanted to use a professional in hopes that it would prevent a reoccurrence. I needed an appointment the next day, I was called promptly and I confirmed the next day. I asked the receptionist some general questions about what was covered using the full service inspection certificate, she politely explained each part of the inspection, and I was satisfied.
My appointment was for 0900, my technician arrived at 0845. He was professional and explained what he was checking for and labeled valves for water shutoff, heating and hot water heater. I eventually did not need any work on my toilet, he turned a valve and it was back in operation!  The sump pump inspection was the most informative for me, my outside hose was frozen solid and was no longer pumping out water!! This was a great day for me, he did the maintenance and my sump pump is working right! I would recommend Levine& Sons to anybody, I will use them again. i already have estimates on replacing the sump pump and connections.
