After interviewing 5 different companies we knew they were the one that was going to assist us in the largest financial decision we had to make. We had never remodeled the exterior of our home, or any others and the task seemed overwhelming. Chuck was extremely knowledgeable in the process and took the time to listen to our concerns. His professional approach on “what is reasonable and customary” when starting a project of this scale made us both feel at ease. He provided many different options for repair, replacement and kept it all within our stated budget. Choosing the paint colors was the only thing he said was, a personal preference and mentioned that Sherwin Williams is the best choice for exterior paint, and they have any colors that meet your expectations. Project took 2 weeks and came in on budget. Their crew was employed by MAC and not sub-contractors. They were on time, cleaned up at the end of each day and very respectful of our property. On Time. Work with Tim as the lead and work through all aspects of the job and contract - Make sure you understand all of it and ask question, this is the time add things like painting the foundation or adding insulation behind the Siding which i did and the house now warmer. Keeping Siding removal and replacement is construction with many decisions you have to make as the job goes. The work Quality was Great they transformed my homes exterior, fixed issues and the folks that did the finish work were the best, the painter Fernando was stellar, he had a great attention to detail that made me aware of some other issues that when brought up were resolved properly with great care. they did such great Work that im looking to work with them again to do my Gutters with then also. they also do Roofing. wish they did other works as well as its hard to find good people like Make a Choice these days ."

"Mark and Jake were fantastic to work with. I met with three different contractors to get ideas and proposals for my deck, and Mark was the only one that proactively followed up with regular updates and explanations for any delays out of his control (e.g., from suppliers). They were also very helpful in providing ideas and suggestions. Jake also went above and beyond: we had wood rot on our original deck after only 5 years, and Jake volunteered to figure out who supplied the original wood, went in person to meet with the supplier to understand why it would have rotted, and he sent me a warranty claim form and instructions from the supplier to get a reimbursement for the rotted wood! I’ve never worked with any service provider that’s provided that level of service. I highly recommend ITP Renovations."

"This is a maintenance free deck that should last my lifetime. On the higher end of the cost scale but I didn't want wood that would need stained or painted. And I especially didn't want decking material that deteriorates after 5 years. Or discolors and gets covered in mold. Very sturdy build. Build team asked me about any issues they ran into and together we worked out a plan. Very happy with the people and the deck."

"Had a Deck put on and kitchen window turned into a sliding glass door. Troy the deck guy was a perfectionist and a true professional. He did impeccable work. He answered any and all questions and worked around weather issues that arouse, etc. For a 1-man crew got the deck done way quicker than expected in just 8 full days. Door also got put in less than a day. The company over all was great and kept up with all communications weather via email or phone and along with follow up dealing with supply issues due to covid overall awesome staff. The crews also had to deal with other projects going on around them such as roof and siding at the same time. Everything went very well and could not be any happier.
