"I just received my walk-in shower to replace my tub/shower combo last week. Corey K. & Shane T. did a wonderful job. They used drop cloths to cover the entire section of flooring from the door to the bathroom. Cleanup was also well done! Still waiting for my corner shelves & it is to be a non-slip floor pan but I felt very unstable on it during my first shower so I purchased a non-slip rubber suction cup bathmat for my own safety. I elected to have a shower door instead of using a shower curtain, but I donâ t care for the way it slides. West Shore Home is sending someone next week to look at it. I slap had trouble activating my warranty for the glass doors but WSH is also looking into that issue as well."

We shopped around and got several quotes from other companies and ultimately went with AHD because we thought we were going to be treated fairly and like human being and not like a transaction. Well that changed the second you signed on the dotted line. The have no pride or care for their â customersâ aka paychecks. I have never wrote a negative review about a company before but felt it extremely important after giving them every opportunity to make it right for me and my family. You would be better off with a big box store or Pella, I honestly feel like they should be ashamed of themselves. If you are reading this review and have any questions and are considering no using American Home Design please give me a call and I will gladly speak with you about why you should NOT. "Great! I purchased this home in June of 2018, from MN, and had a different contractor hired to do all of the above, as of the day I closed, July 9. I was planning on moving in mid August. July 3 I found out the contractor I thought I had hired would not be able to do the job. I called Chris the morning of July 4. He met with my realtor at the house and took the job. Of course he was not able to start right away, but he had all the work completed by and I was able to move by mid September. I literally do not know what I would have done without him - I had called three other local contractors, and even tried Buildzoom and no one returned my calls. He was professional, communicative and the work that he did on my home is beautiful. I only made two trips down to the house while the work was being done and we managed to coordinate the rest via phone, efficiently. What a godsend. I am hiring Chris again in January to do a few more things I have noticed since moving in, and will continue to use him in the future. I cannot recommend him highly enough."
