"I was expecting and prepared to have to tunnel or break concrete, but Morgan Leak Detection came in, located the leak and was able to bypass the bad line and reroute it with only a few simple to patch holes in the drywall. They were able to get a repair I expected to cost $7000 down to $2000. They are definitely not the cheapest guys in town if compared task for task, but they close the gap in service, honesty, and efficiency. I wanted a specialist for my problem and I was willing to pay to get the best. They delivered and I believe saved me a great deal of money in the long run. "Oven worked properly and hit temperature when checking. Sadly, microwave on top of unit stopped working. I called Jason three times to inquire if he could fix it and still waiting for him to call me back. (Spoke to him on second call and he said he would get back with me.) Will go in another direction yet extremely disappointed there was a lack of followup and courtesy to recognize my call and need for help. I wish him well and would not have him or his squad back in my house for a repair."

"A#1 air technician did the spring tune up perfectly. No complaints about the quality of the work. However, there is quite a bit of upselling that I do not like. They recommend some systems that may or may not improve the overall efficiency of the compressor. And they try to cross sell other services like Electrical safety check. Also, my neighbor had a very large price quote for an AC Capacitor replacement with A#1 air - and when he called the supervisor, they were able to reduce the price down to a more realistic one. This to me is an orange flag. "

"The service person who came was very informative and did a great job. Found out microwave was going to be replaced. Choice gave me a small amount of money to replace the microwave and Choice will not install it for me, kind of upset with this however I will continue to have Discussions for the replacement value!!!"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
