"Adam helped me over the phone for free! No charge, we spent about 40 minutes to diagnose what was the root issue, and put the door back in working order. I couldn’t believe how knowledgeable and patient he is, and that he was willing to walk me through the steps to get the shuttle back on track so the door opened and shut, without slamming into the motor, determine the door sensors weren’t aligned so the door wouldn’t shut, and told me how to hold down the wall button to bypass the sensor control so I could manage until I I could realign them. YAY! I couldn’t be more pleased and grateful for his generosity."

I spoke to Colin when I was getting quotes, and then finally decided on A1A because of their competitive rates for the type of controller features that I wanted. Colin was extremely professional. He arrived on time and the work was done in the time frame that he stated. He replaced the controller with a new one that works with an app, and he installed a keypad. "Local Professionals come through: I had a water flow problem on the front center part of my roof that resulted in some of the sheathing under the overhang to dry rot. I also had a rain gutter with damage caused by a leaning tree. I called Roofmasters for a free quote. Johnathon explained the process and answered all my questions. Aaron arrived on-time for the quote on 8/27/2018. He explained what caused the dry rot and answered my questions regarding concerns I had about other areas of my roof. He put my mind at rest – telling me that my roof appeared to be in good shape except for the area that brought him there that day. I received the written quote on 8/31/2018 for the roof and gutter repairs and scheduled the work to be done on 9/14/2018. They called 30 minutes before arrival as promised. They were professional, courteous, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves well. They even replaced a couple cracked tiles at no additional charge. They are a local company (Suisun City, CA) that obviously still takes pride in their work. This seems to be a trait that is in short supply these days. I’ll definitely call them again the next time I need help with my roof."
